Most title relationships are informal. An agent sends a file, hopes it goes well, and finds out at the closing table whether it did. The Closing Confidence Program replaces that with something defined. It is the structured way to work with Prime, built around the parts of the closing that decide whether your client walks away confident and whether they send you the next referral.
I named it the Closing Confidence Program because confidence is exactly what it is meant to produce, for your client at the table, for your agent who is not getting blindsided, and for your firm whose name is on the transaction. Everything in it exists to protect that.

What is the Closing Confidence Program?
It is the structured way to partner with Prime Title and Escrow. Rather than an informal arrangement, it is a defined set of commitments, attorney-led closings, milestone communication, protected escrow, agent training, complex-file review, and performance visibility, built around the parts of the closing that decide whether your client and your firm come away confident.
Is it a referral arrangement, and do you pay for it?
No. The program is a set of services and commitments, not a referral arrangement. We pay nothing for your business and run no affiliated business arrangements. Any training or co-marketing is documented and kept separate from solicitation, in line with the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act. The program earns its place by what it delivers, not by compensation.
What does the 90-day pilot involve?
It is nonexclusive. We meet your team, you send us a set of files over 90 days, your agents get attorney access and clear status on each one, we train your team, and at the end we review how it went with real numbers. You keep the relationships you already have and decide from there.
