A note on wire fraud: We will never send you new or changed wiring instructions by email out of the blue. Before sending any funds, call our office at a number you already know and verify the instructions with a person you have spoken with.
As a provider of title and settlement services, we collect nonpublic personal information in the course of a transaction, such as information from your application, your transaction documents, and third parties involved in the closing. We handle that information in accordance with applicable law, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and its privacy and safeguards requirements.
