Virginia residents

11.Do Not Track signals

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting that sends a signal to websites you visit. There is not yet a common industry standard for how to respond to these signals. At this time, our site does not respond differently to Do Not Track signals, but you can use the cookie, analytics, and advertising controls described in this policy to manage tracking.

As a provider of title and settlement services, we collect nonpublic personal information in the course of a transaction, such as information from your application, your transaction documents, and third parties involved in the closing. We handle that information in accordance with applicable law, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and its privacy and safeguards requirements.
